Ways to add turmeric to your daily routine

Turmeric smoothie:

Add it to your beverage like tea, coffee, smoothie or warm water.

Sprinkle on veggie

You can add it to any cooking to get its color, flavor and benefits. you can also sprinkle a pinch of it on your salad.

Glow your skin :

Make a smooth paste with 1 tablespoon of Gram flour, ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder and ¼ tablespoon of rose water, aloe vera gel, milk, yogurt or honey.
Apply on face and neck and leave to dry for 20 minutes.
Scrub by making it wet for the next 5 minutes.
Rinse with water. Repeat this process once a week.

Golden Milk :

Pour the milk into a small pot on medium heat
Add some ground turmeric and your sweetener of choice.
Bring to a simmer for 10 minutes to let the flavors all meld and enjoy.
